Privacy Policy
Arrowline is built to work offline. Nothing leaves your device unless you use an online feature, and this page lists exactly what does.
Data stored on your device
Settings, level progress, coins, tokens, energy, statistics, achievements, and a random install identifier. This stays on the device unless you sync it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Data sent to our servers
Our servers run on Cloudflare (Workers and D1). We collect the following only when you use the related feature.
- Anonymous account. Playing online creates an account identified by a random id. No email, name, or device details are required.
- Google sign-in. If you link Google, we receive your Google account id, email address, and display name from Google, and store them so you can restore progress on another device. We do not receive your password and do not post to your Google account.
- Progress sync. Your saved game (progress, coins, tokens, statistics, settings) is stored so it can be restored. It is not shared with other players.
- Leaderboards. Your display name, chosen title, number of levels completed, and best time per level are visible to all players.
- Invite codes and friends. Which invite code you redeemed, how many people redeemed yours, and which players you added as friends. Friends can see your name, title, levels completed, and weekly league points.
- Weekly leagues. Your league group, tier, and points for the week are visible to the other players in your league.
- Gameplay statistics. When online, the app sends anonymous gameplay events (level started, cleared, failed, hint used, screen opened) with the level number and outcome. They are tied to your account id if you are signed in, otherwise to a short random install id. We use them only to tune difficulty and find bugs. No advertising identifiers, contacts, or precise location are included.
- Technical logs. Cloudflare keeps short-lived request logs (including IP address) for security and debugging.
Ads
Rewarded ads appear only when you choose to watch one. From level 6, a short interstitial ad may also play between boards (at most every second board, and at least 90 seconds apart); the one-time Remove ads purchase stops those permanently. All ads are served by Google AdMob, limited to general-audience content. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before loading any ad, and Settings has an Ad privacy options entry to change that choice. The AdMob SDK collects and shares with Google your advertising id and app set id, your IP address (used to estimate approximate location), ad interactions such as taps and video views, and diagnostic information such as app launch time. Google uses this for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention under the Google privacy policy. You can reset or limit the advertising id in Android settings.
Purchases
Premium tokens are sold through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment; we receive only a purchase confirmation and the product bought, never your payment details.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, do not read your contacts or location, and do not send marketing email.
Children
Arrowline is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Google sign-in is optional and not required to play.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account exists. Sign out in the app to stop syncing.
To delete your account in the app, open Account and tap Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, linked Google sign-in, synced progress, leaderboard times, league seat, friends list, invite code and gameplay events tied to your account. Progress saved on your phone is not touched; uninstall the app to remove it.
If you no longer have the app, see how to request account deletion. Requests by email are completed within 30 days. Cloudflare request logs expire on their own within a few days.
Notifications
Reminders (energy refilled, streak at risk, daily and weekend boards) are scheduled on your device and can be turned off in Settings. No push service is involved.
